We will be celebrating the launch of Our Own Words - Reflections on Living with Mental Distress and Extreme States and Living Without Them. Thanks to 52 writers and 307 supporters, the first print run and the digital version of the book was funded via an very successful Kickstarter campaign late in 2019. Our virtual launch will include readings, music and a guest speakers (more details to come!) and we hope you can join us!
