OUTRAGE 10.10

On October 10, World Mental Health Day, Oviedo is filled with voices, colors and outrage 💥

The 10.10.10 Scandal (mental health day 2010) was the first Mad Pride act in Spain, when we didn't yet know Mad Pride existed.

The Scandal was and is a celebration of our lives, our experiences and our knowledge first-hand.

The Scandal continues to be a wake-up call to give visibility to the systematic violation of our rights that continues today, and to end discrimination in all environments that still weighs on people who live processes of psychosocial suffering and suffer the diagnoses of psychiatry.

📍 Meeting point: Oviedo City Hall Square at 11:00h.

From there we will do a parasoles to Plaza de la Scandalera, where we will place an informational table and perform different actions throughout the morning.

Because mental health matters, it's championed and celebrated.

Because we have the right to a full life, without prejudice or barriers, with Dignity and in Freedom.
